The house and grounds are in 9 acres, the lake you see is just an arm off the main lake which is about 6 acres of 1960 gravel pit. The carp are well into thirty and use the arm alot, they are fished for in the main part of the lake. I used to fish the lake next door to this one and always had my eye out for a ticket. Moved away from Stamford, so never got one.
